Shipping & Delivery
We are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on business days before 22:00 we aim to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed. Sometimes products are out of stock and your order may take a little longer to arrive. If for any reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Shipping costs.
- € 4.95 for orders within NL and BE
- for free for orders above € 49 within NL and BE
Delivery time.
All our orders are delivered by our partner PostNL, DHL, DPD and FedEx. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
To which countries does Pure'n'Well deliver?
Currently, your orders can be delivered to the Netherlands and Belgium.
Where is my order?
You will receive a track & trace link by email. This way you know when your package will be delivered. It is also possible via that link to provide a different delivery address or a different delivery date that may be more convenient.
If you have not received a track & trace code, please check your spam filter.
I have not received my order!
That's annoying. In the track & trace you can see where your package is and why it has not (yet) been delivered. If you can't figure it out, please contact us at info@purenwell.nl.
Incorrect order.
Your package contains a packing slip. It says exactly what you ordered. If your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@purenwell.nl.
