When choosing products, it is the highest level of requirements that are placed on the purity of the product composition. Thus, we could define it as a basic requirement of soundness and the absence of any harmful substances, as suggested by the dictionary definition.

Because safe composition is the basis. Everyone wants the best for their family, but it's hard to navigate the plethora of offers and recognize the quality. We do not compromise and want the best for everyone! That's why we joined forces with real experts and selected products by precautionary approach that do not contain potentially harmful and risky substances.

When choosing the product for our e-shop, it is not enough that the product is natural, or even that it has a certificate, because even such products can unfortunately contain a lot of unwanted and unnecessary chemicals. We are not just another store with natural cosmetics. We go even further, we are non toxic. We cooperate with experts from a specialized non-profit organization, read the ingredients for you, so you can rely on our selection.

Pure'n'Well represents a transparent place where we offer you only selected natural cosmetics and cleaners made from real ingredients.

In general, you can always use the database of the international expert group EWG for checking substances.

Our motto "We believe in flawless products that are Pure for you and Well for the environment." describes our purpose at the same time. We believe that a non-toxic approach brings many benefits, such as a healthy environment for children and you. Many people have seen improvements in their health with eczema, hormone levels, immunity, fertility, mental health, etc. when switching from conventional products to non-toxic ones.

We are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on business days before 22:00 we aim to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed. Sometimes products are out of stock and your order may take a little longer to arrive. If for any reason we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Currently, your orders can be delivered to the Netherlands and Belgium.

You will receive a track & trace link by email. This way you know when your package will be delivered. It is also possible to provide a different delivery address or a different delivery date that may be more convenient via that link.

You can pay for your order in different ways. We currently offer the following payment methods:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs.

Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
